Leona "Maggie" Royston's Obituary
Leona Margaret "Maggie" Royston, age 80 of Fredonia died Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Vintage Park in Fredonia. Maggie was born on March 17, 1933 in Newton, Kansas the daughter of George Jacob and Thelma Mary "Blecher" Klein.
Maggie worked several years as a machinist in the aircraft industry and retired from I.F.R. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Fredonia. Maggie enjoyed working with craft projects, picture puzzles, and reading as much as she could.

8 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren
Maggie was preceded in death by her parents, Brother; George Klein, Sisters; Kathryn Sollers, Anna Edgerton and Loretta Baird and grandson Matthew Shepard.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fredonia with Rosary services to be held at 10:00 A.M. prior to the service. Visitation will be held at the church just prior to Rosary. Memorials have been suggested to the Home of the aged in Burma and may be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
