Lloyd E. Peaster's Obituary
Lloyd E. Peaster, age 72, a resident of Fredonia, Kansas passed away Thursday, December 11, 2008 at the Fredonia Regional Hospital. Lloyd was born on March 22, 1936 in Ingalls, Kansas the son of Ruben and Irene (Becker) Peaster.
Lloyd was united in marriage on May 25, 1979 to Jackie Armstrong - Clutter in Torrington, Wyoming. Together they spent 15 years managing Motel 6 in the Dallas, Texas area. He enjoyed country music, playing his guitar, collecting clocks and watches.
Lloyd is survived by his wife Jackie of the home, seven sons; Bob Peaster of Edinburg, Texas, Pat Peaster of Lakeland, Florida, Don Peaster of California, Todd Stadig of Salt Lake City, Utah, Commodore Peaster of Billings, Montana, Kyle Clutter of Fredonia, Kansas, and Jeff Clutter of Wichita, Kansas, two daughters; Janeal Lischke of Topeka, Kansas and Sondra Stull of Yoder, Wyoming, two sisters; Maryanne Schmidt of Spokane, Washington and Ruby Jantz of Boise, Idaho, twenty seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren and one on the way. He was preceded in death by his parents, his twin brother Floyd that lived for 1 ½ days after birth, two brothers Jerry and Bill and two sisters; Helen and Betty
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Countryside Funeral Home Pastor Dallas Martin officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be Friday from 12:00 to 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Contributions are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation and may be left with funeral home.
