Lloyd White's Obituary
Lloyd White, age 73, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center. He was born on December 11, 1941 the son of Kenneth and Georgia (McCann) White.
Lloyd was born in Chanute and grew up in rural Buffalo, graduating from Midway High School. He served in the National Guard then began working for American Airlines as an electrician until his retirement when he moved back to Chanute.
He was married to Sue Umbarger and they had two children, Kelsey and Kalene. They later divorced.
Lloyd is survived by his son Kelsey Harding and wife Candace of Diamond Springs, KS, his daughter Kalene Newton of Thayer, KS, and sister, Sharon Morris and husband Paul of Chanute, KS, and 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Kenneth and Georgia, and grandson; Konley Harding.
There will be a graveside service Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at High Prairie Cemetery on Highway 75.
