Lola Diane Stoll's Obituary
Lola Stoll, 64, of Chanute, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014 at the Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute.
Lola was born in Chanute on July 17, 1949, the daughter of Nathaniel and Lena (Williams) Welch. She attended Chanute schools, graduating from Chanute High School.
She was united in marriage to Calvin C. Stoll on September 2, 1976 in Caney, Kansas. He preceded her in death on April 1, 2014.
She worked as a Cashier at Wal-Mart. She loved to roller skate, go out to eat, watch TV and spend time with her family.
Lola is survived by her children Paul Stoll and wife Helen of Yates Center, KS, Terry Stoll and wife Janette of Chanute, Charles Stoll and wife Cindy of Chanute, Calvin Stoll Jr. and wife Pamela of Highland Village, TX, Janet Geren and husband Kevin of Marion, KS, Kevin Stoll and wife Erica of Iola, KS and Angela Stanley of Iola, KS; sixteen grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; five sisters, Joanna Welch of Chanute, Rosemary Vallier of Chanute, Barbara Fulton and husband Bill of Chanute, Kay Dennis and husband Larry of Chanute, Pat Glasgow of Chanute; and one brother, Nathan Welch Jr. and wife Janice of Chanute.
Along with her husband Calvin, she was preceded in death by her parents Nathaniel and Lena; three brothers, Acey Welch, Stoney Welch and Richard Welch; and an infant sister, Norma Jean Welch.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 2, 2014 at the Buffalo Cemetery, Buffalo, KS.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 1, 2014 from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home Johnson Chapel in Chanute.
Memorials in her name may be made to the Kidney Foundation and may be left with the funeral home.
