Loren Eugene Modlin's Obituary
Loren Eugene Modlin, age 81, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017 at his home in Humboldt, KS. Loren was born on October 17, 1935 in Agricola, KS the son of Earl and Thelma (Vanderslice) Modlin.
In 1954, Loren married Edith McCullough at the Christian Church in Iola, KS. Edith survives him at their home.
Loren was a man of many skills. During his life he worked on cars, drove a milk truck, worked at a gas station and was a maintenance man and more. He was a graduate of Elsmore High School in 1953. In his free time he enjoyed working in his garden.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home in Humboldt, KS. A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Humboldt, KS. Online condolences may be left at: www.countrysidefh.com.
