Marla Raye Braman's Obituary
Marla Raye Braman, age 64, of Chanute, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 in Chanute, Kansas. Marla was born on January 17, 1952 in Chanute the daughter of Junior Merl and Thursa (Stevens) Braman.
Marla attended school at Altoona Midway. She was a client of Tri Valley Developmental Services in Chanute and would work for them on occasion. Marla loved to sing and loved to read in her free time. She also loved people and was especially happy giving hugs and spending time with her friends. She enjoyed attending church at the Buffalo United Methodist Church and enjoyed ringing the bell at church.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 3:00 PM at the Buffalo United Methodist Church. Inurnment will be at the Buffalo Cemetery at a later date. Memorials have been suggested to the Tri-Valley Developmental Services or the Buffalo United Methodist Church and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
