Mary Ann would always text or message my brothers and myself just checking in to see how we were getting along. I am just so sad that I didn’t know she had passed last year. She was a wonderful woman a very dear cousin to my mom, Betty (Myers) Garcia. May you rest in peace dear Mary Ann.

So sorry for the loss of your wonderful Mother. Met her while bringing Communion to the residents of McCrites Retirement Community and she was always so sweet and was a regular in the Chapel. We will miss her dearly. May God bring you peace and comfort during this difficult time.
Mary Ann was a special friend of mine for many years when she lived in Chanute! We worked together at the Dr’s office and then kept in contact for awhile after! She would invite me to her home for lunch at noon several times and we would eat out on the deck! She and Bud were a special couple. They devoted their life to serving others! My Aunt Mary Ann was an angel on earth. She was kind, considerate, caring and loving as a human being can be. At 11 years old she asked me to be a bridesmaid in her and Uncle Bud's wedding. Boy was that ever special to me. I've never seen her mad or raise her voice ever. She was a spiritual person and always found the good in people. She loved her family unconditionally and will be missed by all of us.
Beth, Monica, Nedra, Sarah, Logan and Amy, I was so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Sherry and my thoughts are with your family as you go through this difficult time. People say that cardinals are loved ones visiting from heaven. I had this one visit me yesterday and I thought of your mom.
She was always so good to me, and I appreciate her friendliness, even when I wasn't in the family anymore. I loved her Lasagna, and she knew that. When she and Bud came down to Texas for Amanda's wedding, she brought me a pan of Lasagna, after all those years, she still remembered!
I'll miss her.
