Mary Ann Kathleen Mueller's Obituary
Mary Ann Kathleen Mueller, age 88 of Humboldt, KS, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Via Christi St. Joseph in Wichita, KS. She was born on March 25, 1930 in Humboldt, KS the daughter of John and Mona (Wilhite) Durkin.
Mary Ann graduated from Humboldt High School in 1948. On August 15, 1953, she married John Allen Mueller in Iola, KS. They celebrated 50 years of marriage before he passed away in 2003. Mary Ann loved her family dearly and took great pride in taking care of her children. She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Humboldt, where she was involved in teaching midweek school and a part of Mission of Love. Mary Ann will be greatly missed.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, husband and siblings: Clyde Wilhite, Joe Durkin, J.D. Durkin and Phyllis Caler.
A visitation will be on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home – 908 Central, Humboldt, KS. Funeral service will be on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Humboldt. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Humboldt.
