Mary Jane Wade, 67 of Petrolia, KS, passed away on May 28, 2018. She was born October 1, 1950 in Colony, KS, the daughter of John and Blanche (Henry) Lewis.
On May 11, 1968, she married Dennis Wade in Neosho Falls, KS. Mary worked outside of the house most of her adult life but felt that her career was a wife, mother and grandmother. Mary was a member of the United Methodist Church in Neosho Falls, KS.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Bill Lewis and a sister, Lois Hill.
Cremation has been requested. The family will hold a graveside service on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the Swede Cemetery west of Chanute. The family will greet family and friends following the service at the Chanute Church of the Nazarene on west 14th St. in Chanute. Online condolences may be left at: www.countrysidefh.com.
