Melissa Kay Puckett's Obituary
Melissa Kay Puckett, age 47, of Lewisville, TX, formally of Fredonia, KS passed away over the weekend at her home. Melissa was born on September 18, 1968 in Fredonia, the daughter of Dennis E. and Mary L. (Burt) Puckett.
Melissa was a graduate of Fredonia High School class of 1987. In 1996 Melissa moved to Texas to pursue her career as a florist. She enjoyed working with flowers and doing all types of craft projects. She also enjoyed spending time with her dog Bella.

Sister: Brenda L. Baird and husband Kevin of Flower Mound, TX
Melissa was preceded in death by her grandparents
Cremation has been requested, a Memorial Service will be held Monday, May 23, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Countryside Funeral Home in Fredonia.
