Naomi M Lacy's Obituary
Naomi May Lacy, age 83 passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2015 in Haysville, KS. Naomi was a long time resident of the Wichita area. She was born on September 21, 1931 in Howard, KS, the daughter of H. Glen and Alvie (Perry) Knapp.
Naomi attended school at Paw-Paw and graduated from Severy High School class of 1949. On October 14, 1950, she married Tom Lacy in Wichita, KS. Naomi worked for the Derby Public Schools District 260 for several years and retired in 1993. Naomi enjoyed participating in arts and crafts shows and traveling.
Naomi is survived by; her children Glenda Couch, Steve Lacy and Rebecca Lacy of Wichita and Debbie Sisco of Mulvane. 5 Grandchildren; Robin, Shannon, Heather, Amanda and Jerrod. 10 Great Grandchildren; Tyler, Lacy, Olivia, Robbie, Jordyn, Cody, Mason, Ethan, Kaleb and Wyatt.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Tom, brothers Melvin, and Darrell. Sister Arlene and one daughter Cathie.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at South Lawn Cemetery in Severy, at 10:00 AM. There will be no visitation prior to the service. Memorials have been suggested to Harry Hynes Hospice and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
