Norma Francis Morse age 89 of Elk City, KS, died Saturday, January 27, 2018, at the Montgomery Place in Independence, KS. Norma was born on July 17, 1928 in Potwin, KS the daughter of Henry Carl and Eunice Marjori (Jacobs) Penner
Survivors include: Sons: Steve Morse, Mark Morse, Gordon Morse, and Rex Morse, Daughter Teresa Fowler, Brothers George Penner and Carl Penner
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the First Christian Church in Elk City, KS, visitation will be 1 hour prior to service time.
