My memories of Patricia are many. I met her in 1995 when I first worked for Tri-Valley. I used to drive the bus she rode on when I was Vocational Staff. We used to tease back and forth about the Chiefs. Then, in 1999, I became her Case Manager. She won an award for Outstanding Client/person of the year. I was so proud of her. We had some very interesting times over the years and I enjoyed visiting after I left TVDS. I have kept in touch over the past 6 years and I knew of her on-going battle. She was a warrior to the end. My condolences go to her Aunt Linda. Patricia always looked forward to hearing from her around her birthday every year. Fly high dear Patricia... sincerely, Sandy Thompson

Patricia became family about 5 years ago. We met here at Ronda Lane Apartments, where she was a neighbor. We quickly became great friends and I truly enjoyed my time with her! When she moved to the Denman House, I set up visits for every other Sunday so she could spend time with my family and I. We loved having her with us! Patricia had a great sense of humor! As well, she had a big heart! We often prayed for anyone who she knew was sick. Patricia also called me every Thursday at 7 p.m. At the end of our calls, she would often say, "While crocodile!" I'd reply, "Later alligaator!" Oh how I loved my dear friend! I'm thankful and at peace knowing she is now in heaven, and that we will meet again one day. While crocodile, Ms. Patricia! I love you bunches!
