Peggy Jean Brown-Booe's Obituary
Peggy Jean (Brown) Booe, age 55, of Chanute, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2016 in Chanute, Kansas. Peggy was born on July 17, 1961 in Chanute, KS the daughter of Fred Brown and Donna (Walker) Colston.
On March 28, 1980, Peggy married Tim Booe at the Lutheran Church in Humboldt, Kansas. Tim survives her.
Peggy was a member of the Chanute High School Class of 1979. She was employed by Hi-Lo for several years and also worked in management at Casey’s General Store. She also worked at Super Video. Peggy was a Boy Scout Leader of Troop 100 in Chanute for several years while her oldest son was a member. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Chanute.

Cremation has been requested.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 16 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home, Johnson Chapel. A Memorial Service will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church in Chanute, KS on Saturday, December 17 at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Chanute, KS.
