Peggy Louise Coy's Obituary
Peggy Louise Coy age 67, of Neodesha died Saturday, August 22, 2015. Peggy was born March 25, 1948 in Bartlesville, OK. The daughter of Wesley C.D. and Katherine (Bridges) Moody.
After graduating from Bartlesville High School, Peggy attended Cosmetology School. Peggy also worked for the Oklahoma DOT, and various other jobs. She attended the Christ Church of Neodesha, and was a member of Ladies Eagle Aux. Peggy loved to sing and write songs. She sang for numerous benefits, Neewollah, and had recorded gospel music. In her free time she enjoyed camping, working in her garden, and going to church.

Daughters: Jessica Tarlton of Altoona, KS, Cynthia Harvey of Neodesha, KS, Charlotte Coy of Coffeyville, KS, Windy Easter of Independence, KS, Carol Coy
Brother: Wesley Moody of Coffeyville, KS
Sister: Brenda Moody of Tyro, KS
10 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, husband Vernon Dale Coy, son-Tony Coy and brother; Sidney Moody.
Services will be held, Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Church in Neodesha, with Pastor Dave Cheshier officiating, burial to follow at the Tyro Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 25, 2015 from 5-7 PM at Countryside Funeral Home in Fredonia.
