Phyllis Ann Osborn, age 82 of Elk Falls, KS, died Wednesday, February 11, 2015 in Oklahoma City, OK. Phyllis was born on August 3, 1932 in Dexter, KS, the daughter of Francis and Beulah (Hankins) Isch
After High School, on June 4, 1953 Phyllis married Neal Osborn . Phyllis and Neal were married for 61 years. Phyllis was very active in the community, she worked with Neal as the office manager of O & B Oil Company,
Phyllis was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, "Kansas Cattlewomens Association, American Legion Auxiliary, Elk Falls United Methodist Church. Phyllis and Neal were also Committee Chairpersons for the Republican Party. Phyllis also served on the first EEOC Board. Phyllis was also a Real Estate Agent, and airplane pilot which included being a member of the 99’s. In her spare time Phyllis enjoyed working with the area children as a 4-H leader, and helping out others in the community. Most of all she enjoyed being with her family and friends.

4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and husband Neal on January 15, 2015
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 1:30 pm at the Elk Falls United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 4-7 pm at Countryside Funeral Home in Howard.
