Ralph Junior Robertson's Obituary
Ralph Junior Robertson, age 87, of Neodesha, Kansas, died Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at the Wilson County Medical Center in Neodesha. Ralph was born January 24, 1924 in Fredonia to Arthur David and Mary Alice (Sell) Robertson.
Ralph attended Fredonia Schools and enlisted into the U.S. Army in 1943 where he earned the rank of Staff Sgt. In 1945 Ralph received a Purple Heart for injuries he received during the war. After his return home, Ralph worked for Fairchild Home and Auto Repair, until he opened his own appliance service and repair company.
On July 7, 1952 in Bentonville, Arkansas, Ralph married Patricia Ellen Tuttle. Ralph and Patricia were married for 59 years until his death; Patricia survives at their home in Neodesha.
Ralph was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Neodesha. He was also a member of the American Legion Post 139 out of Independence, Kansas. Ralph was very dedicated to his family, in his spare time he enjoyed his horses and raising a garden for his family and friends.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Connie Greene and 9 brothers and sisters.
Graveside Services with military rites will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, December 30, 2011 at the Fredonia City Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation. Memorials have been suggested to the Disabled American Veterans, and may be left with the funeral home. Online condolences may be left at: www.countrysidefh.com.
