Rena M. Topham's Obituary
Rena M. Topham age 85 of Fredonia, died Saturday, October 31, 2009 at her home. Rena was born April 22, 1924 to Dietrick H. and Susan F. (Conyer) Ubben in Peabody, Kansas.
On September 16, 1940 Rena married James D. Topham in Peabody, Kansas. Rena and James were married for 60 years until his death in 2000.
Rena was a farmer; she also drove a school bus for many years for the Fredonia School District, and the local Thanks bus. Rena enjoyed going to all the different school activities. She enjoyed quilting and working with crafts. She was a member of the Democratic Committee and enjoyed playing either her accordion or piano for local dances.

Garry D. and wife Janet Topham of Joplin, Missouri

Georgia Laloutte of Florence, Kansas
8 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and 11 Great-Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband James, grandson David L. Lacey and 7 brothers and sisters.
Cremation has been requested. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Countryside Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Benefiel officiating.
