Ricardo "Richard" Gallardo's Obituary
Ricardo "Richard" Gallardo age 89 formally of Howard, died Monday, January 22, 2018 at Via Christi St. Francis Hospice facility in Wichita. Richard was born on January 19, 1929 in Howard, KS the son of Enrique and Josefina (Fabian) Gallardo.
Richard was a graduate of the Kansas School for the Deaf, Olathe, KS. Richard worked most of his life as a Mill Carpenter. Richard was an avid KU Fan, and enjoyed watching football and basketball games. Richard loved to visit with friends and being out in the community. He was an active member in the deaf community and for the Kansas School for the Deaf Alumni. Most of all, Richard enjoyed spoiling his nieces and nephews and supporting them throughout their life journey's.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, January 26, 2018 at 1:30 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Moline, KS. Rosary will be recited at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service time. Memorials have been suggested to the St. Mary's Catholic Church and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
