Robert "Bob" Eugene Kill's Obituary
Bob was born January 26, 1931, and passed away on February 26, 2018 at the age of 87.
In his younger years, Bob worked for DeCoursey Cream Co. and the Moline & Winfield Auction. He was also a farmer/cattleman. Bob was a lifelong member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Moline.
On October 24, 1952, he married Helen Book. He is preceded in death by his wife, parents Frank & Gladys Kill, and Brothers Jack, Don, and Jim. He is survived by his four children---Carol (Joe) Hallowell, Bob Kill, Sharon Kill and Sandy Rumford, as well as one grandson Darrell (Aleece) and 2 step grandchildren, Connie (Ivan) and David (Keota).
After his retirement, Bob enjoyed traveling a little and seeing some of the United States. He went to see the Rocky Mountains, Mount Rushmore, and the Smokey Mountains. He attended a performance of the Grand Ole Opry, went to see the Pro Bull Riders perform, and to the Mesquite Rodeo in Texas. He also enjoyed riding around with his son-in-law checking out the wildlife and local farms.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, March 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Moline, KS. Rosary will be recited at 10:30 AM. Memorials have been suggested to Mt.
