Robert Joseph Wiles, age 90, of Chanute, Kansas, passed away Monday, January 1, 2018 in Chanute. Robert was born on September 25, 1927 to Ray S. and Gladys (McDonald) Wiles in Altoona, KS.
Robert attended Benedict school. He retired from Williams Gas Company in 1985. He married Lois L. Ford and they had 3 children together. They later divorced. On August 13, 1962 he married Mary Jane (Edwards) Cottrell and he gained 2 step daughters.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Catherin Rowan and 2 brothers, Eldon Wiles and Willie Lee Wiles.
Cremation has been requested.
