Ronald Jason Edwards' Obituary
Ronald Jason “Ronnie” Edwards age 40 of Elk City, KS died Friday, April 29, 2016 due to an auto accident. Ronnie was born on August 4, 1975, in Fredonia, KS, the son of Ronald Willis and Peggy (Ramey) Edwards.
Ronnie was a graduate of Fredonia High School class of 1994. On August 30, 2002, Ronnie married Laura F. Hedges in Fredonia, she survives at their home.
Ronnie worked for A-Lert Construction for more than 20 years and recently was employed by R K Steel of Fredonia. Ronnie was a member and coach for the USA Wrestling Club, he was an avid Steeler’s fan, loved all kinds of sports. Ronnie enjoyed deer hunting, video games, and riding his ATV. Ronnie enjoyed aggravating his friends, and loved his animals. The most important thing to him was his family.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his grandparents and Uncle Steve Ramey
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Countryside Funeral Home in Fredonia, visitation will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2016 from 5-7 pm at the funeral home. Memorials have been suggested to either: Ronald J. Edwards Memorial Fund for his children or Ron Edwards High School Wrestling Scholarship Fund and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
