Ronald G. Stark's Obituary
Ronald Gene Stark, age 61, a resident of Buffalo, Kansas passed away
Sunday, May 20, 2012 at his home. Ron was born July 27, 1950 in Las
Vegas, NV, the son of Howard Lee and Gladys Belle (Halford) Stark Sr.
In August of 1969 Ronald enlisted into the U.S. Army National Guard
and worked as a Tank Commander, and served until July of 1975, earning
the rank of SSG. Ron worked as a Teamster in Nevada before moving to
Kansas.
On April 24, 1971, Ron married Judith L. Gee in Las Vegas, NV. Ron
and Judith were married for 41 years. She survives at their home.
Ron was a member of the Church of Christ in Iola, and was very family
oriented. Ron enjoyed spending time with his family and young people.
He coached his children in sports, was a Boy Scout Leader, was
involved with 4-H and taught classes for building model cars with the
Arts Council. Ron will be deeply missed by his family and the
community.

Andrew Stark and wife Aliz, Pittsburg, PA

Howard Stark and wife Marilyn, Las Vegas, NV
Three Grandchildren: Devon Perkins, Ashby and Bella Stark
As well as two sister-in-laws, nephew & two nieces, and Judith's aunts, uncles and cousins.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents and sister Donna Stark.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Countryside Funeral Home. Family suggests memorials
