Ronald Wayne Harp's Obituary
Ronald Wayne Harp, 79, of Chanute passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center. Ronald was born on March 16, 1942 in Cedarvale, KS the son of Edgar and Doris (Trigg) Harp.
After graduation, Ronald married Sharon Hill on March 19, 1962. Ronald and Sharon have been married for 59 years and she survives at their home. Ronald enlisted into the U. S. Navy and served until receiving his honorable discharge. Ronald worked many years in Parson's and Erie as a custodian for the school systems.
Ronald was a member of the Galesburg Christian Church. He enjoyed working on family genealogy and watching the Royals play baseball. Ronald enjoyed going camping and fishing, but most of all, Ronald enjoyed being with his family and friends.

Five Grandchildren: Sean Bingham, Luke Harp, Dakota Bingham, Michael Bingham and Matthew Harp.
Nine Great Grandchildren, and one on the way.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings: Daniel Harp, Nina Perry and Patti Liken.
Cremation has been requested, the family will be holding a memorial service at a later date with inurnment to follow at Ft. Scott National Cemetery. Memorials have been suggested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
