Rosalene Ratzlaff's Obituary
Rosalene Ratzlaff, age 78, died Thursday, August 28, 2014 at her home. Rosalene was born on February 12, 1936 in Walsh, Colorado the daughter of Peter and Bessie Mae (Thomas) Ratzlaff.
After high school, Rosalene stayed very active in the community that she lived in. She was a member or the Rebekah Lodge #252, served as Noble Grand in 1997-1998, she was also the district chaplain during that time period. She was a member of the Independence Music Club, Sycamore Valley Circle, Church Choir, and enjoyed singing at nursing homes and visiting with the elderly. She was also a 2nd grade teacher for Awana.

Rosalene was preceded in death by her parents, son; Ricky Wilson Price, brothers; Leverne, Earl, Vernon and Eugene Ratzlaff, sisters: Mary Schultz, Emma Koehn, Leona Hazen, Violet Chapman and Wilma Ratzlaff
Cremation has been requested, graveside services will be Sunday, September 7, 2014at 3:00 PM at the Cheatham Cemetery 8 miles south of Fredonia.
