I worked with Monk for over 20 years @ KDOT, and have seen first hand his patience and handy work. Monk was a great craftsman, able to look at problems from different angles and come to a good fix for them. He was a pleasure to be around with never a bad word about anybody. Such fond memories I have of MonK! A bit ornery, yes! But one great guy!! Met him when we were all young and crazy, and got to know his family later! To all of the family~my sincerest sympathy and prayers!! Monk has joined the many who preceded him and is in good company!! And, he will be missed!!
