Salley L. Yarbrough age 48 of Altoona died Friday, October 28, 2016 at her home. Salley was born on February 22, 1968, in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of John and Judy (Ballard) Williams.
On October 6, 2000 Salley married Billy D. Barrett, he survives at their home.
Salley was a homemaker, she loved working on arts and crafts. She was a judge for the Lineman's Rodeo, and liked working on classic cars. Salley liked to help and support animal rescue efforts. Salley enjoyed going out a Christmas time and purchasing gifts for children, and giving to them to groups and or families in need. Most of all, she loved her husband Billy.
Salley is survived by her husband Billy.
Cremation has been requested with private services held at a later date. Memorials have been suggested to the ASPCA and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
