Sarah Lewis' Obituary
Sarah Louise Lewis, age 79, passed away at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center on Friday, August 14, 2015. Sarah was born on June 12, 1936 to Walter and Peggy Carmeny.
Sarah married Glenn E. Lewis in November of 1954. She was a homemaker all of her life.
Sarah is survived by her five children, Glenna, Kathy, Virginia and Peggy Mae, her son, Glenn Edward Lewis, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Sarah is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Glenn who passed away in 1966.
Cremation has been requested.
Private family services are scheduled at a later date.
