Sharon Kay Liddell's Obituary
Sharon Kay Liddell, age 64, of Le Roy, KS, passed away on Sunday, November19, 2017 at NMRMC in Chanute, KS. Sharon was born on May 31, 1953 in Ann Arbor, Michigan the daughter of Thomas and Leota (Alton) Fisher.
Sharon graduated from high school in Milford, MI in 1971. She went on and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from KU. She married John Liddell on August 12, 1974 in Independence, MO.
Sharon taught high school English for a total of 38 years. She taught at Chanute High School for 34 of those years. Sharon enjoyed cooking, sewing and crocheting. She also was an avid reader and more recently was attached to reading on her iPad. Sharon was a member of EHU in LeRoy, Friend of the Library in LeRoy and a past member of the National Council of Teachers of English.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation has been requested. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be left at: www.countrysidefh.com.
