Stephanie Anne Merriam, age 45, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Diversicare in Chanute, KS. Stephanie was born on July 24, 1971 in Minden, Nebraska, the daughter of Dean Martindale and Sharon Hickman.
Stephanie graduated from Coffeyville High School in 1989. She was the high school dance squad and was also a member of the band. Stephanie participated in Tae Kwando and earned a brown belt. She loved to spend time with her family and she will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home-Johnson Chapel at 101 N. Highland in Chanute. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31, 2017 at Countryside Funeral Home-Johnson Chapel. Cremation will follow. Online condolences may be left at: www.countrysidefh.com.
