Steven Wayne Eagle's Obituary
Steven Wayne Eagle, 65, of Fredonia passed away at his home on Monday, January 23, 2023. Steve was born on April 22, 1957 in Fredonia, KS the son of Austin Dean and Velma Jean (Smith) Eagle.
Steve was a graduate of Fredonia High School class of 1975. Steve worked various jobs throughout his life including, A-Lert Construction, Systech Environmental, Starbuck Rock Quarry, while maintaining his roots in Fredonia.
Steve enjoyed being outdoors, working in his yard or garden, watching and learning about eagles, and was a collector of various types of statues or figurines for conversation sake.

Five Grandchildren: Aden and Addison Hughes, Ian Eagle and Cassidy and Scott Turock
Steve was preceded in death by his father, Austin Eagle, step father, Frank Boots Douglas and two nephews Brian Taylor and Greg Adams
Cremation has been requested, and a graveside memorial service will be held at the Fredonia City Cemetery in the near future when the weather warms up. Memorials have been suggested to the Fredonia Pound Pals in Steve's memory and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home. Online condolences may be left at www.countrysidefh.com.
