SunTok McGinnis' Obituary
SunTok McGinnis, 87, of Chanute, KS, passed away on May 16, 2018. She was born in South Korea and made her home in Chanute when she met and married Edward S. McGinnis. They were married on February 25, 1964 and he preceded her in death in 1996.
After giving up all of her family in South Korea and moving to the United States, SunTok put her all into being the best wife, mom, and grandma. She was the most generous to all who knew her, sometimes doing without so others could be provided for. She was a very hard worker, and enjoyed her job in housekeeping at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center for over 20 years. SunTok made sure her family knew just how much they were loved by her, and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
