Tammy J. Johnston's Obituary
Tammy J. Johnston, 63, of Fall River, KS passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at her home. Tammy was born on July 29, 1959 in Paola, KS the daughter of Warren Dale Capehart and Margaret Janiece (Hahn) McGuire.
After high school, Tammy worked as a Veterinary Technician and also as a graphic artist. Tammy married Milton Johnston of Archie, MO and they raised a son together.
Tammy will always be remembered by family and friends for her love of music, art, nature, storm watching, and all things animal related, but especially horses and cats.
Nothing made Tammy prouder than her son and grandchildren.
Those that knew Tammy knew what a loving and beautiful person she was inside and out.

Mother: Margaret McGuire of Fall River, KS
Siblings: Tim Spies and wife Pam of Lee’s Summit, MO
Lisa Bowen and husband Pat of Lee’s Summit, MO
Grandson: Justin Johnston and wife Alexis of Archie, MO
Granddaughter: Lexi Johnston of Archie, MO
Tammy was preceded in death by her father Warren Capehart and dad Ralph McGuire
Cremation has been requested; a service of remembrance will be held by the family at a later date.
Memorials in Tammy’s memory have been suggested to: Fredonia Pound Pals and can be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
