Ted Wayne Moore's Obituary
Ted Wayne Moore, age 71, Fall River, Kansas passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Fredonia Regional Hospital. Ted was born in Wichita, Kansas on February 7, 1942, the son of Hobart and Lucy Smith Moore. Ted attended North High School in Wichita, Kansas and later earned his G.E.D. On June 27, 1962 he married Anita Glasscock in Wichita, Kansas.
Ted worked as a roofer most of his life, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, and working on cars with his sons. Ted also enjoyed spending time with his family. Ted was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Merrily Coburn, and two brothers, Jim and Jerry Moore.
Ted is survived by his wife Anita of the home, three sons, Chet Moore and wife Barbara of Fredonia Kansas, Jeffery Moore and girlfriend Rita Cooper of Fall River, Kansas, Timothy Moore and girlfriend Denel Camps of Fall River, Kansas, and daughter Jennifer Dawson and husband Tyrone of Hamtramck, Michigan, three brothers, Bill and wife Patricia, Carl and wife Mary, Frank and wife Carol all of Wichita, Kansas, and sister Patricia Laster of Oklahoma, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place and the family has requested that there be no services. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Adopt-A-Family and may be left in care of the funeral home.
