Bill Hebb
Tom was my double cousin and we all grew up together in Howard. Whether it was playing sports, Monopoly, fishing, camping, riding bikes, making crank phone calls, or just hanging around, I spent hours with Tom. He was always funny and very talented, and great to hang around. He was the best high school basketball player I ever saw, and I was lucky enough to be at his record setting game when he scored 46 points. If we had the three-point line he would have scored over 50. All my memories of Tom are good ones, and my deepest sympathies to the entire family.
