Tracie Lynn Leonard's Obituary
Tracie Lynn Leonard, age 26, a resident of Howard, Kansas went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 30, 2012. She was born in Wichita, Kansas on February 7, 1986 the daughter of Douglas Leonard and Angela Calvin.
Tracie worked in housekeeping for the Howard Twilight Manor. She was a caring person that always helped others in need. Tracie’s personality made it very easy for her to make friends everywhere she went.
Tracie is survived by her children; Koleton Branch and Kaiden Leonard both of Howard, Kansas, her mother Angela Bearden and her step-father Butch of Howard, Kansas, her father Douglas Leonard and her step-mother Marie of Las Vegas, Nevada, sister Heather Leonard of Wichita, Kansas, brother Robert Leonard of Howard, Kansas, step-sisters; Darcie Ellis of Walters, Oklahoma and Gianna Ouellette of Wichita, Kansas, step-brothers; Donald Bearden of Howard, Kansas and James Bearden of Wichita, Kansas, her grandparents; Saundra and Larry Martin of Wichita, Kansas, Raymond and Barbara Calvin of Ocala, Florida and Joe and Nancy Bearden of Howard, Kansas, her children’s dad Josh Johnson, two nephews David and Luke and many aunts, uncles and loved ones. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Dale Rhudy, June Rhudy (Nana) and her uncle Dennis Rhudy.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Countryside – Zimmerman Funeral Home in Howard, Kansas with Pastor Charles Cryderman officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Grace Lawn Cemetery. Family suggests contributions be made to the Koleton and Kaiden Educational Fund and may be left with the funeral home. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.countrysidefh.com.
