I love you and miss you so much Grandma. XOXO
I worked with Tressie at the Self Service Grocery Store... I made the donuts in the bakery at the rear of the store while she had her hands full selling them up front! She was a dear, sweet woman with a work ethic you rarely see. I fondly remember my time with her, I am sorry for your loss. Dee Wise Craig
Tina I am so sorry for your loss. I was very fond of your mother, she had a fan base that would let no one else check her out. I would laugh with glee that it did not matter how long her lines were the people would not move over to another lane that was shorter. The customer’s were friends or just knew her because she gave great customer service. Tressie was such a hard worker,I loved when she would wear her CMN hat and raise hundreds of dollars for the children. Many a day before her work shift began she would arrive early to tidy up the break room. I noticed what she did and appreciated her dedication, not for the money but for our work family. Tressie loved her family and loved to brag about them often. I will never forget her. God bless and healing for you and your family dealing with you lose.

Monte, Tina and families, I was very saddened to hear of your Mother. I just loved her, she was one of a kind. And kind she was! Such a lovely person to greet. I always sought her out at Wal-Mart and we always caught about families.
My heart knows the depth of your loss, my thoughts and prayers will follow you in the following days.
With much love, Pat Barnhart
So many memories of Tressie, such a dear, sweet, kind friend, so many years, of loving her, she will be missed!! Nancy and Don Hodges
Tina so sorry to see that Tressie had passed. You know she was pretty special to me. I have so many fond memories of our days at Wally World! One in particular she knew I really liked Paul Newman, so one day she brought me a picture of him so I taped that inside my locker till the day i retired. She always spoke to Mike and always ask about him. I loved the picture of her in the paper that was taken at Wal Mart. That was so appropriate as she loved her job and her customers loved her. My love and prayers are with you and your family. Love you.
