Vergil Ray Harbers' Obituary
Vergil Ray Harbers, age 60, of Fall River, died Friday, April 19, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his family. Vergil was born on January 8, 1953 in Yoakum, Texas the son of Victor and Marie (Noack) Harbers. He attended school in Yoakum and graduated high school there.
Vergil served in the U.S. Air Force as a Sergeant during the Korean War until 1975. He then married Dana Kay Smith on September 27, 1975 in Elko Nevada. To this union they had 3 children. Vergil and Dana were married 37 years. Dana survives at her home.
The family moved to Fall River in 1985 and Vergil worked as a machinist with Valent Aerospace. Vergil loved fishing, hunting, gardening, and spending time with his family.

Vergil was preceded in death by his father Victor Harbers of Yoakum, TX.
Cremation has been requested and the family will hold a private service at a later date. The family has suggested memorials to the Breanna Harbers (granddaughter) education fund and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.Online condolences may be left at: www.countrysidefh.com.
