I remember first meeting Vic when I started with Tri - Valley. My first impression of him is he was a rocker. I like him off from the start I remember our Sunbelt Rodeo team went to Parsons and this was my first time of competing and my friend Robert Burton rode the bucking machine. The news Crew was out there and they happen to record Robert he rode really funny Robert claims that vic and I put something in his pop.
Vic was such a joy every time I would see him. He would always call me trouble and I would say no, you’re the trouble and we would laugh! Sometimes I would get to say oh there’s trouble first and he would say no, you’re the trouble. He had such a sweet heart. Praying for peace and comfort for your family.
Victor was a cool dude.I enjoyed playing partners with him down in Humboldt at the tavern. He had a great sense of humor and was a bit onery at times. He was always polite and ready to talk about anything.! Although he had his problems like the rest of us, we could all learn something from Victor by the way he lived, without complaint and love for everybody regardless. He will be missed.😑 Eddie Ortiz

I have a lot of memories of Vic. I started out working with him as Vocational staff in 1995, then day supervisor, and finally, I was his case manager for several years. Vic loved to be needed and I could always count on him to help me when I worked in day services. He loved to tease people and have a good laugh. He loved bowling and was good at it. He will be missed by myself and many others. My condolences to his family.
I remember how focused Vic was to make everyone laugh. I guarantee he is shining down cherishing all those who will carry on his legacy. I will always think of his onry smile. My condolensces
