Wanda Lee Mills' Obituary
Wanda Lee (Tucker) Mills, age 88 of Moline, KS passed away May 15, 2019 at the Eureka Nursing Center in Eureka, KS.
Wanda was born May 8, 1931 in Elk County, Kansas to George and Isabelle (Clark) Tucker. She was raised in Elk County and graduated from Moline High School. Shortly after graduation, she married Beryle Mills and move to Kansas City, Kansas, where they began their family. They were married until Beryle passed away in 1967, leaving her with 4 children to raise on her own. She worked as a bookkeeper for the regional office of a grocery business, until she retired.
Wanda enjoyed fishing, and once bought a 5 acre piece of land with a pond, just to have a place for her and the kids to fish and camp. She liked to travel, taking her mother to Hawaii and the Bahamas, and accompanying Bob as a guest of his on company trips to Puerto Rico and Costa Rica. She was a member of the Moline Christian Church, where she sang in the choir and was proud to have been a member since 1998. She absolutely loved her church family.

Cindy Klaudt of Kansas City, KS
Tim Mills of Moline, KS
Grandson, Justin Klaudt and wife Becky, along with 3 other grandchildren
Great Grandson, Parker
Sister in law, Shirley Tucker
Numerous neices and nephews
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Beryle, her parents, oldest son Rick Mills, and only brother Kenneth Tucker.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, 10:00 – 11:00 am at the Moline Christian Church, Moline, KS
Funeral service will be on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 1:00pm at the Moline Christian Churck, Moline, KS
Burial will follow at the Moline City Cemetery
Memorials in Wanda’s name can be made to Moline Christian Church, and can be mailed to or left with the Funeral Home.
