We were so sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. He was a very nice man and we enjoyed being around Wayne during our 4-H years. He always seemed to have a great attitude about anything Christine got him involved in with 4-H. We know he is in a better place.
Our thoughts and prayer are with his kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

I only met Wayne Apollo a few times but what I saw was a gentle kind man who loved family. Patti would call him every day on her way home from work. He will be missed Love to all Mary Lee
I recall asking Wayne if he ever shot a gun in anger during WWII while stationed in New Guinea? His reply was "No!" Did they issue you a gun? His reply was "No!" I'll miss his humor, straight forward thinking, and his honest replies.
