Wayne Stephen Finney 75, passed away at Rivers Edge Senior Living in Oswego, Kansas on Friday, December 26, 2025.
Wayne was born in Wayside, Kansas on October 5, 1950 to Paul and Betty (Atkinson) Finney. He married Paula Nakayama on August 27, 1976 in Miami, Oklahoma.
Wayne is preceded in death by his parents Paul Finney and Betty Rhynerson, brothers, James and Michael Finney, and Eric Rhynerson.
He is survived by his wife Paula Finney, daughters, Laurie Ulberg and husband Joseph, Lisa Ruark and husband Max, son, Jason Finney, grandchildren, Treyton Ulberg, Jayden Ulberg, Kelton Ruark, and Jennika Ruark, and brother, Kurt Finney.
Wayne will be laid to rest in Havana Cemetery in a private ceremony. Arrangements have been entrusted to Countryside Funeral Home.
