Wilfred L. Bauder's Obituary
Wilfred L. Bauder, age 97, a resident of Howard, Kansas passed away Wednesday, September 02, 2009 at the William Newton Hospital in Winfield, Kansas. Wilfred was born on April 25, 1912 the son J.W. and Anna (Liebau) Bauder.
Wilfred was a graduate of Moline High School. He was known throughout the area as a hardworking rancher. He was a member of the Elk Falls Kingdom Hall, in Elk Falls, Kansas
Wilfred is survived by; Nieces: Louise Goodnight, Helen Reid, Sue Bauder, Wilma Lee Berschauer, Mary Jane Smith and Marion Frances Walker. Nephews: John Bauder, Robert Nordmeyer.
Preceded in death by: 2 brothers: Wilmer and Walter Bauder. Three sisters: May Nordmeyer, Martha Roman, Marie Smith and 2 nieces Pauline Reves and Elaine Ragan.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Zimmerman Funeral Home. Interment will be at Grace Lawn Cemetery. Viewing will be held prior to the service. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Kingdom Hall and may be left with the funeral home.
