William Cody Megenity's Obituary
William “Cody” Megenity, age 26, passed away on November 5, 2018 at his home in Thayer, KS. Cody was born on April 3, 1992, the son of William Patrick and Jean Alois (Green) Megenity.
Cody worked as a contractor and enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and spending time with his kids, niece, and family. In his spare time, Cody liked to be outdoors working in his yard, and playing hacky sack with his friends. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Cody was preceded in death by his daughter, Nevaeh Marie Faith Megenity; and grandparents, Burt and Jean Green.
A visitation will be held at Countryside Funeral Home – Johnson Chapel from 5-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2018. A graveside service will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery in Chanute, KS on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Online condolences may be left at: www.countrysidefh.com.
