I am forever greatful for Charles for leading me to surrender my life to Jesus 26 years ago here at Clarence Christian church in Clarence Missouri. May he Rest In Peace and comfort his family.
Charlie was a fantastic dedicated public servant. He truly enjoyed the challenge of supervising defendants on probation. One example comes to mind. During one drug court graduation, when the defendant praised and credited Charlie for helping him overcome his addiction, Charlie began to cry. Then Charlie spoke. He said how much he’d learned from the defendant. I cried. I only wish that I had a video, because that was truly a reflection of Charlie! An amazing man!
He is and will be missed. My prayers are with the entire family,
Chief Judge Dan Creitz
