Fred Gutierrez Ysusi, age 84, passed away at his home in Chanute, KS on Saturday, August 12, 2017. Fred was born December 11, 1932 in Marquez, Texas, to Heriberto G. and Catalina (Gutierrez) Ysusi. He served in the United States Read Obituary
Fred will be greatly missed for his smiles and his great love of life and for his great love of his life, Isabel. We have great memories of their visits to Topeka and talks of the good old days. Sending our deepest sympathy to the Ysusi family from the Escobar's family, Bernie and his daughter, Ana and from Sally, living in Heaven.
My Uncle Fred was my favorite uncle! as his wife my Aunt Isabel, was my favorite Aunt, they would take us in the summer time to spend time with them and spoil us. They were a special couple, and always were there for us, I love you Uncle Fred, and Larry as well loves you, and we will miss you. You hold a special place in our hearts for you were an amazing person, until we meet again.
My prayers go out to all the family who are hurting at this time. No one is ever ready to lose a loved one, especially a parent, even when we know our heavenly Father states in His word that there is a time for everything. A time to be happy, a time to rejoice, a time to mourn and a time to die. My heart is heavy knowing that so many are going through this again. In the family. Charlotte is my niece and I don't know what she would do without the support she has from so many loved ones. Like her mother, and Tony who burns the candles day after day too keep his family strong through rough times. I will be praying for strength for everyone at this time and for everyone who is suffering.
Will miss seeing Fred. Isabell find in our Lord. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Isabell was my babysitter when I was little and I always loved them both so much. We were extra quiet in the day as Fred worked the night shift and needed rest. He's eat lunch with us sometimes and I was always his little Mija. Sopa de fidelo and tortillas were my favorite at their house.
RIP my friend....you always treated us as family...now you and Roger (Dodger) as you called him can hang out like the old Fiesta Days....God Bless your family at this time.....
