Ramona, I am very sorry to read of Gale passing. I didn't know him well, but I was at my moms house a couple of times( Mary Werner) when he would bring her birdseed for her wild birds. I enjoyed visiting with him and mom considered both of you good friends. I've enjoyed the cards from both of you also. I pray you and your family will find comfort in knowing you are in many of our hearts and prayers.
God Bless You and Your Family, Delores Werner Smith

Gale was a valued friend of mine and a valued member of the amateur radio community. He and I shared net control duties on the Missouri Traffic Net. I looked forward to checking in with him when he called the Kansas Weather Net. I will miss him checking in each Saturday morning when I called the Frisco Net. His devotion to his wife was evident every time he spoke of her. My sincere condolences to his wife, daughter, family and friends. Jerry H, Joplin, Missouri, callsign N0XWR
Gale and Ramona bought the house that burned down from me and my mother. They are both wonderful people and so kind and considerate. Ramona continues to keep in touch with me, by sending cards and letters. She is a wonderful friend to me. I am so very sorry for the loss of Gale. Ramona, you are in my prayers and I hope we can continue to keep in touch. God Bless You and your Family ❤️
