Mr. Davis was one of my favorite teachers in high school. I was not fortunate enough to take Biology from him, so I signed up for Physiology the following year just so I could be in his class. We who grew up in Chanute were so fortunate to have so many excellent teachers such as Mr. Davis. And I just found out he grew up in Enid where my Uncle Harry Lloyd raised his family. My condolences to Adele and her sister and their families as well as Mrs. Davis.

Mr. Davis, you left quite a legacy in your life and you will not be forgotten. Many of us fondly remember you as a teacher. We all are in your debt for your military service, and thanks for serving.
