I have been away from Kansas for several weeks now and just learned of Harvey's passing. I would like to extend my and my wife Jackie's feelings of sympathy to Audrey and family.
Harvey was such a kind and caring individual, along with being an excellent businessman and leader in Chanute. I only heard good things about Harvey from several of the people I worked with at Churchill who later worked for Harvey. Harvey was a business leader that I admired, that grew his business through his skill and hard work and being a boss that people wanted to follow.
May Harvey's family know that our thoughts and prayers are with them during this difficult time in their lives.
Sincerely,
Russ & Jackie Hilton
Harvey was a great teacher and a very patient man. He was a very good baseball coach. He always took time to chat where ever I saw him. Chanute will a much lesser place without his smile.
We send our deepest sympathy to all the family during your loss.May you find peace being surrounded by family .
