I was sorry to learn of Jim's death, and you and the family are in my thoughts and prayers. I'm sorry the I didn't have he chance to know Jim and the family better, but I was enough older that I was gone from Chanute when he was growing up. I know he will be missed by all the family.

You were the only father I had for 7 years...even though I wasnt the best daughter all the time I still loved you a lot. I am really glad that the kids and I called and talked to you on Christmas day. At least we all got to talk to you one last time. You were a great grandpa and we will miss you very much.
